If you are going for a made to measure with clip there are 2 ways:

1. Measure the entire internal circumference of a closed collar that fits your dog

2. Wrap a tape around your dogs neck where they usually wear their collar and put 1 or 2 of your fingers under the tape for comfort.

If you are buying an adjustable just measure your dogs neck where they wear a collar. If in doubt size up

Please make sure you measure correctly. We can adjust collars for you but it means you paying for return postage and a fee to adjust. If its our mistake we will adjust for free and cover postage both ways

It depends. Our ID tags are out sourced so it really depends on the tag company. Its usually 2 to 3 weeks

All our products are made to order by hand and are classed as bespoke so are not covered by 14 day distance selling rules. We are a very small company so cannot afford to have items sitting on the shelf. Of course if your order is wrong or faulty we are only too pleased to fix, exchange or refund.
